Acne…what to avoid eating if you are breaking out…
The role of diet alone in acne is still debatable
 The main reason attributing to acne is still excessive oil( sebum) leading to blockage of pores forming white heads, blackheads and subsequent bacterial overgrowth leading to pus filled and red inflammatory acne
If you are breaking out, avoid consuming foods with high glycemic index such as bakery products, biscuits, white bread,  chocolates, ice creams, sweets, carbonated drinks , cornflakes, packed juices etc
Excessive intake of dairy products can also trigger acne. However, you can have your regular intake of 1 to 2 glasses of milk and avoid other foods made from milk.
No significant differences have been observed between consumption of skimmed vs normal fat milk
Consumes lots of fruits and vegetables
Stay well hydrated
